Weightlifting & Strength Orientation

For those new to weightlifting or those needing direction on proper lifting techniques, etiquette, injury prevention and nutrition–this is a vital class for you to take! The program is for young adults aged 15-20 years old. Both men and women are welcome! Participants will meet every Monday in April (April 7, 14, 21 and 28) from 3:30-4:30pm in the Group Exercise Room. Some time will be spent in the Wellness Center as well.
