A Parisian Love Affair! 

Join us on Saturday, February 15, 2025 for the YMCA Gala, a fundraising event to support the Daviess County Family YMCA! Dinner will be catered by Procopios.

Location: 500 NE 6th St, Washington, IN 47501 – National Guard Armory building

Time: Doors open at 6:00pm, Dinner served at 7:00pm, Silent Auction ends at 8:30pm, and Dance Floor open from 8-9:00pm

Ticket Prices: $50.00 per ticket
Add-on options for boxes of chocolates and red roses will be available!
Chocolates are $10 for a small box, $20 for a large box
Roses are 1 for $10, Half dozen for $20, and One Dozen for $40

(Should you require a larger quantity of add-ons, please contact the YMCA at 812-254-4481 by February 9).

Childcare Available:

• Accepted age ranges: 6 months to 12 years old
• $10 per child
• Drop off is between 5:30pm and 6:30pm. No earlier, no later.
• Required pick up time is no later than 9:30pm. Anything after 9:30pm will be subjected to a late pick-up fee of $1 per minute.
• We will have optional swimming time for them from 6:30-7:30pm. Children under the age of 5 will not be permitted to swim. If your child chooses not to swim, they will play games in the gym.
• Children must bring: water bottle, gym shoes, swimsuit and towel (only if swimming), pj’s (optional), diapers/pull ups and wipes if needed, milk/formula and bottles if needed. Items not allowed to bring: cell phones, tablets, toys, blankets, pillows.
• Pizza served for dinner after swimming.
• Movie and popcorn to end the night before pick up.

Gala tickets will be available for purchase at the Armory the night of the Gala on February 15. If childcare is needed, tickets must be purchased by February 9. Add-on purchases must be made by February 9 as well.
