Yoga - Class for all ages; basic yoga moves and emphasis on flexibility and posture.
Days.......Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time......9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Simple Yoga
Days.... Tuesday and Thursday
Time.....9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Evening Yoga
Days.... Monday and Wednesday
Time.....6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Cardiac Medical Yoga - starts June 5
Days.... Monday and Wednesday
Time.....5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
This class is based on chair exercise and chair assisted poses so that participants will not have to get down and up from the floor.  It will include gentle stretching yoga poses as well as meditation and relaxation.

Members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $16
Class meets three times a week for four weeks - $24
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $20
Class meets three times a week for five weeks - $30
