Come join the fun with Cize, a new dance workout program that's going burn fat and calories and you have fun dancing.
Class meets Mondays/Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and Tuesdays/Thursdays from 5:45 to 6:45 p.m. Remember, you can try one class for free!
Boot Camp is Back
Join Ironman Beth Gabhart as she leads this fun and challenging Boot Camp - Get your heart pumping with this complete body workout.
Tuesdays and Thursdays,
8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the gym
Members: $16 per 4 week month; $20 for 5 week month
Program Members: $40 per 4 week month; $50 for 5 week month.
Pay As You Go: Members, $3/class; Program Members, $6/class
More Cyling Classes Offered
Focus on getting the legs moving and the heart pumping with a spin class this fall. All levels welcome; you control the resistance on your bike to control the difficulty of your workout.
Bring a water bottle and hand towel. Cycling shorts are recommended.
Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 to 6 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.
