Indoor cycling focuses on getting the legs moving and the heart pumping by simulating road rides using fast flats, challenging hills, sprints and interval training. Strength and endurance components of cycling are utilized for aerobic and anaerobic training. All levels welcome; you control the resistance on your bike to control the difficulty of your workout. Bring a water bottle and hand towel. Cycling shorts are recommended.

Prices for Cycling Class

Members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $18
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $22.50

Program Members: Class meets two times a week for four weeks - $44
Class meets two times a week for five weeks - $55
