YMCA Group Exercise classes are for everyone - beginners to advanced. You can get a great workout from our staff and meet new friends along the way.

If a Members brings a friend to try a class and the friend signs up for class, then the Member will get $5 off their next class. To see the Y's exercise class registration policy, click here.

Early Risers Step - Step aerobics for the early bird; will get you going!
Days......Monday, Wednesday
Time......6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Tone Express - A great way to get your day started right; lots of toning and flexibility
Days......Tuesday and Thursday
Time......6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

PM Tone - Fun in the evening.
Days.......Monday and Wednesday
Time......4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Strength Train Together

This workout incorporates normal, everyday movement to tone up and prevent injury, not to bulk up.  It’s geared for all adults – men and women of any age.

Boot Camp - Get your heart pumping with the challenging and fun workout.
Days....Tuesday and Thursday
Time....8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the gym
Members: $16 per 4 week month; $20 for 5 week month
Program Members: $40 per 4 week month; $50 for 5 week month.
Pay As You Go: Members, $3/class; Program Members, $6/class

Cycling- simulate road rides using fast flats, challenging hills, sprints and interval training.

Time... 8 to 9 a.m.

Days...Tuesday and Thursday
Time... 6:15 to 7:15 p.m

Silver Sneakers
Days...Tuesday and Thursday
Time...10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Fitness Center
